First Visit
There are a few things to remember: bring your current photo ID and Insurance card. We will have a few forms ready for you to fill out if you did not do so online by downloading and printing our New Patient Forms. You will be escorted to our exam room to begin your new patient experience. The Doctors will go through a thorough history of not only your primary concern, but also of your previous medical information. Once that information has been obtained we will perform an exam to really see where the problem lies. With all of this information we will determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care and all it has to offer including: therapies, nutrition, and exercises/stretches. One should note that chiropractic is a form of healthcare that allows ones body heal oneself!
